The model 3CM-P automatic packing machine series is designed to handle a variety of bag materials, including paper, woven-cloth and polyethylene.

The model 3CM-P automatic packing machine series is designed to handle a variety of bag materials, including paper, woven-cloth and polyethylene. It is sued on a wide range of material applications, including fertilizer, animal feed, resin pellets, chemical, and various kinds of powder materials. It is possible to attach a vibratory air-ridding device on the 3CM-P series in order to meet diverse applications.

Design features:

1. High-speed bagging capacity - Maximum speed is 1,200 bags per hour for 20-30 kg bags.
2. Possible to use variety of bag types 3CM-P can be used with paper bags, PP/PE woven-cloth bag, and heavy-duty polyethylene bags. For paper and woven-cloth bags, sewing machine models DS-6 or DS-9 are used to close the top. For PE bags, NLI heat sealer model HS-9 is specified.
3. Reliable positive detection system - No powder or other product is spilled if a bag is not in position, due to inspection by a 4-point check device in the positive detection system.
4. High-speed continuous packing by automatic bag feeder Horizontal 3-block bag magazine with automatic bag feed and a capacity of 300 bags make high-speed packing possible.
5. Automatic safety system Each functional component is equipped with a safety device (lamp and buzzer signals) to ensure automatic and continuous operation.
6. Elimination of product spillage and to dusty air collection A special shutter and air borne dust collection can be attached to the discharge chute to eliminate spill of product and to collect dusty air.
